[Kalaupapa National Historical Park](https://en.wikivoyage.org/wiki/Molokai) is a former leprosy settlement on a remote peninsula. Access is restricted, and you must book a permitted tour to visit.

## Beaches and reefs

Papohaku Beach is one of the longest white-sand beaches in Hawaii, and the reefs around the island are good for snorkelling.
